Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or related customer-facing environment.
• Experience working with physicians, practice leaders, or healthcare operational stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success leading workflow discussions, requirements gathering, or customer training.

Responsibilities

• Lead workflow discovery with physicians and administrators to map patient processes.
• Translate business needs into Ingenious Med configurations and validate with stakeholders.
• Deliver user training and assist go-live, with post-go-live optimization.
