Harris Computer's Ingenious Med team seeks an Implementation Consultant to help healthcare organizations optimize physician rounding, documentation, charge capture, and billing workflows. You will lead discovery, configure the Ingenious Med environment, train users, support go‑lives, and provide post‑go‑live optimization with a focus on workflow excellence and measurable value.

• 2–5 years in healthcare operations or revenue cycle roles.
• Experience working with physicians or healthcare stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead workflow discussions and trainings.
• Knowledge of physician workflows and charge capture.

Responsibilities

• Lead workflow discovery with physicians and staff to map current and future processes.
• Translate requirements into Ingenious Med configuration and validate with stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver engaging user trainings for clinicians and staff.
• Support go-live activities and post‑go‑live optimization.
• Collaborate with project manager and integration analyst to ensure seamless implementation.
