Ingenious Med is seeking an Implementation Consultant to help healthcare organizations optimize patient rounding, documentation, charge capture, and billing workflows. You will lead discovery, translate needs into configuration, train users, and support go-live and post‑go‑live optimization across clinical and administrative teams.

You will work with physicians and practice leaders, configuring solutions, validating requirements, and ensuring adoption.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, practice management, or related customer-facing environment.
• Experience working with physicians, practice leaders, or healthcare operational stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success leading workflow discussions, requirements-gathering sessions, customer training, or operational improvement conversations.
• Working knowledge of physician workflows, charge capture, practice operations, or revenue cycle processes.
• Strong active-listening and consultative skills, including the ability to uncover needs that may not be clearly stated.

Aufgaben

• Lead workflow discovery with physicians and practice leaders to understand patient documentation, charges, and workflow friction.
• Translate operational needs into Ingenious Med configuration and validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Configure Ingenious Med environment based on validated workflows and user roles; verify configuration before go-live.
• Deliver customer training for physicians, administrators, billers, coders, and other users.
• Support implementation milestones, go-live activities, and post-go-live optimization and health checks.
