Medidata is seeking Senior Implementation Consultants to lead complex customer engagements, translate clinical requirements into Medidata solutions, and mentor junior staff. You will collaborate with project teams to deliver configuration, enablement, and training services, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients in the life sciences domain.

The role requires deep knowledge of clinical trial data management, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of clinical trial processes, data management, and preparation for analysis.
• Ability to translate specifications into clinical system solutions for clients.
• Experience collaborating with R&D and cross-functional teams on projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects or engagements from initiation to delivery.
• Educate and mentor team members; ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Support client workshops and data transfer efforts.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and budgets.
• Advise on best practices for software configuration and enablement.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and management.
• Assist in resource scheduling for professional services.
