Job summary

Clearwave Corporation in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Implementation Engineer to own large-scale client implementations from contract through go-live and transition to Support.

You will lead discovery sessions, map current workflows to the Clearwave platform, and design future-state solutions while ensuring clear requirements and risk management. Hybrid work available; healthcare tech emphasis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical implementation or integration roles delivering enterprise software.
• Strong SQL and data mapping skills; XML/JSON/HTML knowledge.
• Experience with APIs and data integrations.
• Proficient with Git and source control.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations to go-live.
• Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate workflows into clear technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large enterprise implementations, multi-site or multi-specialty, from contract signature through go-live and transition to Support.
• Plan scope, timeline and resources; actively manage risks, dependencies and escalations.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client project teams and IT staff.
• Lead discovery sessions and document client workflows; map to the Clearwave platform.
• Define, document and secure sign-off on business/technical requirements.
• Make sound build decisions and push back on long-term risk.
• Build and review configurations, SQL, data mappings and integration logic.
• Partner with client IT teams and vendors on interfaces and data exchange.
• Own testing strategy, including test plans, UAT and data validation; lead go-live readiness.
• Escalation point for difficult technical issues during implementation and hypercare.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Communicate status, risks and trade-offs clearly to clients and leadership.
• Own client satisfaction and hand off a stable, documented client to Support.
