Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking an Ingenious Med Implementation Consultant to help healthcare organizations optimize rounding, documentation, billing workflows, and related processes. You will lead discovery, translate needs into configuration, train users, support go-live, and provide post-go-live optimization.

Strong listening, credibility with clinicians, and revenue cycle knowledge are essential. You will collaborate across project teams, coordinate with a PM and analysts, and travel as needed

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in healthcare operations or revenue cycle roles.
• Experience with physicians or healthcare operational stakeholders.
• Proven ability to run workflow discussions, requirements gathering, training or improvement conversations.
• Knowledge of physician workflows, charge capture, and revenue cycle processes.
• Strong listening, communication, and project organization.
• Able to translate business needs into software configuration decisions.
• Willingness to travel for customer discovery, training, implementations, and go-lives.

Responsibilities

• Lead workflow discovery with physicians and leaders to map processes.
• Translate needs into Ingenious Med configuration.
• Prepare and deliver user training and go-live support.
• Provide post-go-live optimization and advisory services.
• Validate configuration with stakeholders and obtain signoffs.
• Deliver end-to-end go-live readiness and issue triage.
• Collaborate with project manager and analysts.
• Maintain project discipline and manage multiple assignments.
