Requirements include a high school diploma or business school training, five+ years of healthcare office experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Five or more years of healthcare office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Or Business school in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a primary liaison with Safety, Security and outside property maintenance contractors to ensure consistent services and resolve problems.
• Coordinates meetings and special events including facilities, catering and logistics.
