Valiant Integrated Services in Ohio seeks an HVAC Mechanic with healthcare facilities experience to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and operation of clinical HVACR systems. You will monitor BAS/DDC, troubleshoot issues, and ensure environments meet stringent safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires hands-on work on air handlers, boilers, chillers, VAVs, and related controls, with strong emphasis on safety, documentation in CMMS, and collaboration with facilities teams.

Competenze

• High school diploma/GED required with healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.
• NATE HVACR certification or equivalent, or documented HVACR apprenticeship, or military Journeyman-level certification.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• AS degree or higher in MET/HVACR preferred.
• BAS/DDC knowledge and training is a plus.

Mansioni

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and operation of facility HVACR systems including air handling units, VAVs, boilers, chillers, and related controls.
• Monitor BAS/DDC, respond to alarms, analyze environmental trends, and adjust systems to maintain required conditions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures; perform root-cause analysis and repairs.
• Comply with healthcare codes and standards (ASHRAE 170, NFPA, TJC, OSHA) and infection control procedures.
• Document all work in CMMS and coordinate shutdowns with facilities and clinical staff to minimize disruption.
• Participate in on-call rotations for HVACR/critical system emergencies.
