Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Director to lead EHS programs across multiple facilities. The role requires developing a strong EHS culture, regulatory compliance leadership, and monthly reporting to account and client leadership.

Travel to sites is required; you will oversee investigations of serious safety events, manage OSHA recordkeeping, and collaborate with EHS teams to implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of EHS experience and education.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing an EHS program.
• Supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and train staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of relevant current EHS legislation and regulations.
• Practical working knowledge of Health and Safety tools and techniques, ideally within a Facilities Management environment.
• Strong presentation skills to deliver specialist advice at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of JLL’s EHS culture and training programs on the account.
• Provide technical expertise and strategic leadership on regulatory compliance issues across all JLL facilities.
• Manage and provide EHS oversight, trending factors and indicators to account and Client leadership on a monthly basis.
• Support the HSSE Vertical and EHS Americas leaders in rolling out new compliance and best management practices programs.
• Manage OSHA 301/300 recordkeeping requirements and serve as Account Administrator for the JLL AIMS system.
• Lead or support investigations of serious safety events, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other JLL EHS managers to share and learn best practices across client accounts.
