Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in human resources, hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains HR files and documentation in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Supports recruitment and interview process, tracks candidates in ATS, assists with pre-hire screenings.
• Assists with onboarding for new hires, ensuring forms and checklists are completed timely.
• Ensures I-9 compliance and completes eVerify as assigned.
• Provides payroll support and responds to employee inquiries, resolving errors as needed.
• Assists with planning events, benefits enrollment, and organization-wide meetings.
• Performs employment verifications and maintains confidentiality; performs other duties as assigned.
