Job summary

Giving Home Health Care, LLC in Albuquerque, NM seeks an HR Specialist II to coordinate onboarding, maintain compliant records, and support licensing, certifications, and health requirements for employees and contractors.

You will manage end-to-end onboarding, audit documentation, and collaborate with Compliance, Learning and Development, and operations to meet regulatory and company standards while upholding confidentiality and delivering excellent internal service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent HR experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in onboarding, compliance, or HR operations.
• Experience supporting HR compliance, employee onboarding, personnel records, credential tracking, or regulatory requirements.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS and learning management systems (UKG and HealthStream preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR point of contact for onboarding, providing timely, professional support.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding to ensure a positive, compliant experience for employees and contractors.
• Track and maintain onboarding documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor licensure, certifications, credentials, and other required documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate caregiver health requirements and trainings.
• Conduct HR compliance audits and follow up on deficiencies.
• Monitor completion of Learning Module and HealthStream training assignments.
• Collaborate with Compliance, L&D, and operations to audit records and training.
• Maintain HR data integrity across HR systems.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and onboarding requirements.
• Independently manage HR projects from planning to completion.
