RegalCare is seeking an experienced HR/Payroll/Scheduling Director for our Medford, MA skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will lead bi-weekly payroll, manage HR records, oversee recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and scheduling to support residents and staff.

You will ensure compliance with employment laws, maintain confidentiality, and foster a positive culture aligned with RegalCare's mission and values.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of HR and payroll experience, healthcare or long-term care preferred
• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee matters

Responsabilidades

• Manage and process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee retention initiatives
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, PTO, and retirement plans
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
• Support department managers with HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance
• Prepare and maintain reports related to payroll, staffing, and compliance audits
• Foster a positive and respectful work culture consistent with RegalCare's mission and values
• Coordinate facility scheduling for daily operations
