Job summary

RegalCare is seeking a Recruiter to support staffing across our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in Massachusetts. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet staffing needs.

Collaborate with facility administrators to set hiring priorities, post openings, maintain candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Healthcare or long-term care recruiting preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities
