Job summary

RegalCare in Medford, MA is seeking an experienced HR/Payroll/Scheduling Director to lead payroll, HR policies, scheduling, and benefits administration in a healthcare setting. You will ensure bi-weekly payroll accuracy, maintain employee records, and drive recruitment and onboarding initiatives to support a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• 2-3+ years HR and payroll experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, PTO, and retirement plans.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Support managers with HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance.
• Prepare reports related to payroll, staffing, and compliance audits.
