Baptist Health is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations at the Richmond, KY campus. This role partners with hospital leadership to implement workforce strategies, employee relations, engagement and compliance across departments.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of HR management experience, preferably in healthcare, and experience with employee relations investigations and leadership development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of human resources managerial experience required.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience with employee relations investigations.
• Leadership development and organizational experience.
• Experience supporting multiple operational departments.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct and manage daily HR operations through oversight of employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition support, compensation administration, employee engagement, organizational development, leadership coaching, compliance and HR service delivery.
• Partner with hospital leadership to develop workforce strategies that support patient care, operational excellence and retention.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on employment practices and policies.
• Collaborate with system HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR services and support to employees and leaders.
