Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with significant experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Extensive experience conducting complex employee investigations, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace misconduct, and policy violations.
