Riverside Commons is seeking a Healthcare HR Generalist / Recruiter to join our team in Dearborn, MI. The role will manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals and handle day-to-day HR duties with a focus on confidentiality and compliance.

We are looking for someone with healthcare HR experience, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and the ability to balance high-priority recruiting with ongoing HR programs.

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience in a healthcare organization is required.
• Experience recruiting healthcare professionals.
• 2+ years HR/recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from postings to onboarding.
• Develop strategies to recruit healthcare professionals.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and improve outcomes.
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment requirements.
• Ensure accurate and confidential employee records.
