Riverside Medical Clinic is seeking a Full-Time Director of Human Resources with the experience to lead strategic HR planning, manpower development, succession planning, policy development, and credentialing for the medical staff.

Responsibilities include directing benefits, compensation, employment relations, worker's comp, and EAP services; sourcing physicians and nurses; and leveraging HRIS tools (Workday, ICIMS, UKG) for analytics and payroll tasks.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in Business or HR Management required; Masters preferred.
• Knowledge of employment, labor law, benefits and ERISA regulations.
• Minimum 7 years HR leadership experience, healthcare setting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, and direct all HR department activities including benefits and compensation.
• Oversee employment, employee relations, worker's compensation, and EAP services.
• Credentialing and licensing tracking for Medical Staff; ensure background checks.
• Source, recruit and retain high-demand talent such as physicians and nurses.
• Develop continuous feedback systems and HR analytics dashboards.
• Administer HRIS systems (Workday, ICIMS, UKG) and payroll/benefits processes.
