Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year HR experience is preferred.
• Healthcare experience is required with focus on scheduling, recruitment, employee relations, HR generalist.
• May travel up to 10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Advertise open positions and screen resumes/applications and participate in the interview process.
• Manage the onboarding process and assist new hires with LMS access and trainings.
• Partner with facility leadership on staffing and labor schedules for nursing, including daily staffing meetings.
• Oversee labor management system, overtime, open positions, and hours of labor; address variances.
• Coach and support leadership on employee relations, performance, discipline, and terminations in line with laws.
• Handle workplace investigations related to HR matters.
• Maintain policies, compliance risk notices, and LOA liaison functions.
• Create and maintain personnel files and records in QAPI as part of the team.
