Responsibilities

• Support local employee engagement, including service awards and events.
• Help implement department or facility action plans based on engagement survey results.
• Maintain local hiring activities by posting roles, organizing onsite interviews, and updating job descriptions.
• Coordinate local orientation programs and support content delivery.
• Assist with compliance initiatives by gathering information in preparation for audits.
• Maintain learning and development activities at the facility.
• Manage benefits enrollment by running information sessions and directing employees to resources.
• Support managers in preparation for salary and incentive planning.
• Assist employees with questions related to leaves of absence or Workers’ Comp.
• Guide employees seeking HR transactional support to the self-service portal and HR service center.
• Support the HR Business Partner team and managers by collecting and coordinating information.
• Handle local HR tasks that cannot be completed through the HR service center.
