The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, 3+ years of HR experience (healthcare preferred), strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Paycom; SHRM-CP a plus.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and applicant communication.
• Onboarding and orientation: conduct new employee orientations and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Benefits administration: assist with benefits programs, orientations, and questions.
• Employee communications: serve as editor of quarterly employee newsletter.
• Invoice processing: review, process, and coordinate HR invoices.
• HRIS and personnel records: maintain accurate employee data and files.
• Performance management: track evaluations and probationary reviews.
• Licensure and certification tracking: monitor licenses and certifications.
• Leave and claims administration: coordinate WC, disability, FMLA, and PFL.
• Compliance and confidentiality: support compliance with laws and policies.
