Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking an HR onboarding specialist to manage pre-employment items, onboarding appointments, and documentation across multiple HR offices. The role supports CORI processing, rapid email responses, and adherence to regulatory audits.

A background in HR and familiarity with healthcare regulations are valued. Candidates should have an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred), 1–3 years of related experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiates all new caregiver pre-employment items and verifications.
• Conducts onboarding appointments across HR offices and ensures completion.
• Maintains onboarding documentation for all caregiver hire types.
• Facilitates CORI pre-adverse process and maintains records.
• Responds to talent acquisition emails within 48 hours to ensure rapid communication.
• Supports regulatory audits and accreditation surveys.
