Bronx Park Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator for our Bronx location. If you’re detail-oriented, people-focused, and ready to grow in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we’d love to meet you.

You will handle HR inquiries, assist with recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and payroll tasks while supporting training and employee development. We foster an inclusive, supportive workplace and value confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2–4 years of HR administrative experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws and strong confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries.
• Support recruiting: job postings, screening, scheduling, and background checks.
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientations.
• Manage employee benefits and maintain HR records.
• Coordinate training and employee development activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Support payroll by reviewing timesheets.
• Assist with HR events and culture-building initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
