Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage timekeeping and assist in labor management.
• Handle hiring and onboarding: recruiting, interviews, background checks, drug screenings, and orientation.
• Assist with employee investigations and disciplinary recommendations.
• Use HR software for recruiting, timekeeping, and reporting.
• Maintain confidential personnel files per regulations and policies.
• Ensure staff complete required training and facility in-services and communicate policies.
• Provide weekly HR reports and coordinate with corporate HR staff.
• Cross-train with other business office tasks as directed.
