Responsabilités

• Process new hire paperwork.
• Track attendance, provide disciplinary forms to managers as needed.
• Assist the scheduler with maintenance of a master schedule and a daily schedule, including reaching out to staff to fill openings.
• Meet and work with leaders to understand staffing needs.
• Work with schools and other organizations to improve the applicant pipeline.
• Make sure employees time is properly tracked for payroll purposes.
