Oak Park Place in Madison, WI is seeking an HR Manager who guides staffing, payroll, and employee relations in a compassionate elder-care environment. You will partner with leaders to ensure compliant processes and a positive workplace culture.

This role handles recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, scheduling, workers' comp and unemployment matters, and coordinates with local schools to build applicant pipelines. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Must be patient, tactful, cheerful and enthusiastic.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience with workers' comp, unemployment, and employee relations.
• Scheduling experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience handling employee relations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using Kronos
• Process new hire paperwork
• Provide scheduling data, including maintaining previous schedules
• Track attendance and tardy s, provide disciplinary forms to managers as needed
• Create and maintain a master schedule and a daily schedule, including reaching out to staff to fill any openings
• Meet and work with leaders in the organization to understanding staffing needs
• Work with schools and other organizations to improve our applicant pipeline
• Make sure employees time is properly tracked for payroll purposes

Requirements

HR Manager Qualifications:

• Attentive to details
• Previous experience dealing with workers comp, unemployment and employee relations
• Previous experience working with scheduling preferably in a healthcare setting
• Previous experience dealing with employee relations
