Tenet Healthcare’s DMC Harper University Hospital is seeking an HR Assistant to support HR processes, maintain employee files, and assist with recruitment under supervision.

You will provide administrative HR support, coordinate with departments, and help ensure accurate records and responsive service to staff. This role is on-site in Detroit, MI, with opportunities for growth within a large healthcare system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years college preferred.
• Six months to one year of clerical/administrative experience, HR preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient typing and PC skills; attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HR processes and maintain employee files.
• Support administrative recruitment activities and HR programs.
• Provide general clerical support and document preparation.
