Stantec is seeking an Owner’s Representative at the Project Manager level to oversee healthcare and higher education projects from conceptual planning through design and construction. Regular travel to client sites is required to coordinate with project teams and provide onsite supervision.

You will manage project scope, budget, and schedule, assemble project teams through RFPs, and oversee contracts to ensure alignment with client goals and milestones.

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding plans and specifications.
• Experience with preconstruction and project development processes.
• Understanding contracts, negotiations, and requirements.
• Ability to analyze and manage project budgets.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of projects including renovations, maintenance, and new builds.
• Coordinate project team and client during design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Develop and track project schedule and budget across all phases.
• Administer contracts and invoices on behalf of client.
• Provide day-to-day oversight and communication with client and project team.
