Job summary

Stantec seeks an Owner’s Representative at the Project Manager level to manage healthcare projects from concept to completion. You will work across planning, design, and construction stages, traveling to client sites to supervise on site.

This role requires coordinating with project teams, managing budgets, schedules, and contracts to meet client goals, while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Owner’s Representative on healthcare sector projects.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Understanding preconstruction/project development process and requirements.
• Knowledge of contracts and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects valued over $100M, including renovations, maintenance, and new builds.
• Coordinate and organize project resources and schedule.
• Develop strategic conceptual program aligned with client budget and timeline.
• Lead RFP process, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts.
• Oversee design, construction, occupancy, and closeout with client.
• Monitor schedule and budget, ensuring alignment with client goals.
