Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative, Project Manager to lead design and construction for healthcare, higher education and institutional expansion projects. Projects range from $5M to $200M+, in multiple phases from concept to occupancy.

Remote work in Savannah, GA is supported to service nearby projects. You will coordinate design and construction teams, manage budgets and timelines, review contracts, and report regularly to the owner.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of related project management experience.
Experience as Owner’s Representative or Project Manager is preferred.
Ability to interact professionally with clients, teams, and subcontractors.
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple healthcare, higher education, or commercial expansion projects as Owner’s Representative.
Oversee scope, schedule and budget; maintain client communication daily.
Lead design team including architects and engineers.
Develop and track project schedule and budget across all phases.
Review contracts, invoices and payments to contractors and vendors.
Prepare monthly reports to owner and assist in plan reviews.
