Job summary

Stantec seeks an Owner’s Representative at the Project Manager level to manage healthcare projects from conception through construction. Travel to client sites for on-site supervision is required, with responsibility for budgets, schedules, and contract administration.

You will lead project teams, review designs for schedule and budget adherence, and coordinate commissioning and financial closeout while maintaining client goals and expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Owner’s Representative on healthcare projects.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Understanding of preconstruction/project development process and requirements.
• Contract negotiation and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects valued over $100M, including renovations, maintenance, and new builds.
• Coordinate project team and resources; administer RFPs and contracts.
• Oversee design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases for clients.
• Monitor schedule and budget; provide day-to-day client communication.
