Job summary

Stantec seeks an Owner’s Representative, at the Project Manager level, to manage healthcare projects on behalf of owners. Regular travel to client sites and onsite supervision are required as projects progress from concept through construction.

This role emphasizes coordinating design, budget, schedule, and contracts, overseeing the project team, and ensuring adherence to client goals, regulations, and quality standards across all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of related experience.
• Experience as an Owner’s Representative in healthcare projects.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects valued over $100M including renovations, maintenance and new builds.
• Coordinate project team and resources with client goals and budgets.
• Prepare and administer RFIs, RFPs, bids, and contracts.
• Oversee design, construction, occupancy and closeout processes.
• Monitor schedule and budget; forecast and report progress to client.
• Administer contracts and invoices on behalf of the client.
• Coordinate commissioning and financial closeout efforts.
