Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Owner’s Representative, Project Manager to oversee design and construction of higher education, healthcare, and institutional projects. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, and budget, leading the design and construction teams, and maintaining stakeholder communication across all project phases.

Projects range from $5 Million to $200+ Million, with opportunities to work from one of our offices or remotely in Savannah, GA to support surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally 2+ years as Owner’s Representative/Project Manager.
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients and field subcontractors.
• Strong computer skills in scheduling, word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple healthcare, higher education, or commercial expansion/renovation projects as Owner’s Representative with focus on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead the Design Team (Architects, Engineers, Equipment Planner, consultants).
• Provide day-to-day project oversight and client communication.
• Develop, track, and modify project schedule and budget throughout all phases.
• Review contracts, invoices, and payments to contractors and vendors.
