Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Owner’s Representative, Project Manager for design and construction of higher education, healthcare, and institutional projects. Projects range from planning through occupancy, with total costs from $5 Million to $200+ Million.

We welcome applicants based in one of our offices or remotely in Savannah, GA to support nearby work. Lead the design and construction teams, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, review contracts and invoices, and provide monthly Owner reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related project management experience, preferably 2+ years as Owner’s Representative/PM.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients, consultants, and field crews.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple healthcare, higher education, or commercial expansion/renovation projects as Owner’s Representative.
• Coordinate design team (architects, engineers, equipment planners) and consultants.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget; review contracts and payments.
• Prepare and distribute meeting notes; provide day-to-day project oversight and client communication.
• Develop, track, forecast, and modify project schedule and budget through all phases.
• Lead move/occupancy activities and assist with plan reviews and inspections.
