Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional business development and sales strategies within the healthcare market.
Identify, qualify, and manage complex solution-based sales opportunities.
Build relationships with healthcare executives, facilities leaders, and key stakeholders.
Lead client meetings, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to develop customized solutions.
Coordinate facility assessments, ROI analyses, and project development activities.
Promote infrastructure modernization, energy efficiency, resilience, and sustainability initiatives.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Maintain a disciplined sales process and accurately manage pipeline activity.
