Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a senior leader in healthcare development to drive business development for regional and sector-specific markets. You will lead all sales activity and client negotiations, partnering with sector teams and senior leadership to secure regional projects.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial development and construction, with leadership experience and a strong track record in client relationship management and strategic sales in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate development, construction management, engineering, real estate management, or related field.
• 10+ years' commercial development and construction experience in a design-build or negotiated construction environment with 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Experience in leading business development.

Responsibilities

• Jointly develops the annual revenue and profit goals with the sector leader, regional leader and business development team.
• Identifies and pursues development, construction, and real estate management projects for the region.
• Strategically pursues clients and leads project pursuits, including responses to proposals and RFPs and leads the sales presentations for all major projects.
• Assists in the development of and supports the marketing and sales strategy for the region, including active management of public relations and award applications.
• Maintains contact with individuals and firms within the industry to create opportunities for Ryan.
