Capital Electric is seeking a Health Care Business Development Manager to drive growth within hospitals, health systems, outpatient facilities, long-term care centers, and medical campuses. You will lead strategic partnerships, pursue projects and MRO opportunities, and serve as the healthcare procurement expert.

The role requires strong business development skills, relationship-building, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and supplier partners.

Qualifikationen

• 3–7+ years in healthcare business development or medical facility sales.
• Strong knowledge of hospital procurement processes and compliance.
• Background in electrical distribution, construction materials, or industrial/MRO supply preferred.
• Proven success in building relationships with health system decisionmakers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal development skills.
• Ability to manage complex opportunities and work cross-functionally with internal and external partners.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategies to grow sales within the health care sector.
• Identify, pursue, and win opportunities with hospitals, medical facilities, and healthcare networks.
• Build relationships with healthcare facility managers, procurement teams, contractors, and engineering departments.
• Monitor and engage in healthcare-related RFPs, capital projects, construction programs, and MRO opportunities.
• Collaborate with suppliers to identify healthcare-focused product solutions and secure competitive pricing.
• Support sales teams with expertise in healthcare purchasing processes, regulations, and facility requirements.
• Deliver presentations, conduct onsite visits, and participate in industry events to promote the company's value.
• Track pipeline activity, report market trends, and analyze revenue and margin performance.
