HRI Hospital in Brookline, MA seeks a Director of Business Development to lead sales, marketing, and customer service efforts across the hospital’s continuum of care. You will develop strategies, manage internal relationships, and drive growth while maintaining high-quality patient care and community engagement.

You will supervise account managers, analyze performance data, and cultivate referral networks, with a focus on revenue targets and cross-functional collaboration within the UHS system.

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required; MBA or related field preferred
• Experience: Three years of healthcare business development; five years preferred
• License: Valid Driver’s License required; insured vehicle required
• Skills & Knowledge: Leadership in healthcare marketing/business development; strong data analysis and strategic planning; budget management; knowledge of psychiatric/chemical dependency treatment; public relations strategy; written/oral communication; payer negotiations; ability to work in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary facility
