Job summary

Franklin Fitch seeks a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the US healthcare market, owning the healthcare vertical and winning new clients. You will target decision-makers, build relationships, and run a full sales cycle selling managed IT services, cybersecurity, and broader IT solutions.

You will leverage an existing healthcare network, generate your own pipeline, and work with an established sales and delivery team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development within MSP/IT services.
• Established network within the healthcare sector.
• Track record of generating and winning new business.
• Experience selling managed IT services, cybersecurity, or wider IT solutions.
• Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation capabilities.
• Commercially driven with the ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and win new healthcare clients across your territory.
• Leverage your healthcare network to generate opportunities.
• Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Sell managed IT services, cybersecurity, and wider IT solutions to healthcare orgs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and understand their tech needs.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and CRM records.
• Deliver against new business and revenue targets.
