Conversive, formerly SMS Magic, is building the future of demand capture for healthcare. We’re seeking a Growth Manager to join our US GTM team, sitting between Marketing and Sales to run prospect research, outbound campaigns, discovery, and growth experiments.

You will identify US healthcare accounts, run multi-channel outreach, conduct demos, capture insights, and help shape messaging and product to win more pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in SDR/BDR, inside sales, marketing or growth.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls to senior stakeholders.
• Strong research, discovery, questioning, and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle objections and adapt conversations in real time.
• Comfortable working with CRM, sales engagement, research, and AI-powered GTM tools.
• Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced startup.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline through signal-based outreach across multiple channels.
• Research and prioritize US healthcare accounts with buying signals.
• Execute multi-touch campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and compliant SMS.
• Create personalized ABM campaigns for health systems, clinics, and pharma accounts.
• Identify and engage stakeholders across patient access, contact center, marketing, CX, and operations.
• Own cold calling and discovery with 20–30 meaningful calls per day.
• Qualify prospects using BANT, MEDDIC-lite, or similar frameworks.
• Conduct discovery, requirement gathering, and initial product demos.
• Capture market insights and share with Marketing and Product.
