Job summary

Regenics LLC is seeking a highly organized Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee patient orders from initiation to final submission. You will audit orders for accuracy, verify dosing when needed, and coordinate with pharmacies and fulfillment partners to ensure timely processing and resolution of delays.

The role requires proactive investigation, strong ownership, and excellent communication to keep the patient experience smooth.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit new patient orders for accuracy and completeness prior to fulfillment.
• Verify medication and dosing information against provider documentation where applicable.
• Route orders to the appropriate pharmacy or partner.
• Submit verified orders through automated or manual processes.
• Monitor submitted orders for delays or issues and intervene as needed.
• Communicate with pharmacies and partners to resolve order issues.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, providers, and Operations as needed.
• Track order statuses and maintain documentation throughout fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with continuity-of-care policies and refill requirements.
