Job summary

Regenics LLC is seeking a highly organized, proactive Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee patient orders from intake through completion. You will audit orders for accuracy, verify medication and dosing information when applicable, and ensure correct routing to pharmacies or fulfillment partners.

Qualifications

• Healthcare administration or pharmacy operations experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and quick learner.
• Experience with automated order-management systems is a plus.
• Experience communicating with pharmacies or providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit new patient orders for accuracy before fulfillment.
• Verify medication and dosing against provider documentation when applicable.
• Route orders to the correct pharmacy or partner per workflow.
• Submit verified orders via automated or manual submission.
• Monitor orders and resolve delays or discrepancies proactively.
• Communicate with partners and teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate order statuses and documentation.
