Responsibilities

• Provide top level customer service to internal and external clients related to branch location’s clinical operational support activities.
• Perform general office duties including scanning, filing, answering calls, emails, and faxes; mail distribution, invoice processing, and supply orders.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding support, personnel file completion, credentialing, and risk management; handle medical records data entry and distribution.
• Assist payroll with weekly time sheets review and act as primary contact for caregiver payroll inquiries.
