Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare in Winter Park, FL is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, payroll, scheduling, billing, authorizations, and compliance while leading Client Experience Managers and Coordinators to deliver outstanding patient and family service.

You will partner with the Executive Director and tie together billing, accounts receivable, credentialing, and QA to improve efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing for field employees.
• Monitor pending/unbilled reporting and guide processes.
• Coordinate insurance verifications with the Authorizations team.
• Support payor/benefit changes with Authorization and Billing personnel.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and plan collections.
• Support caregiver onboarding, credentialing, and billing.
• Provide leadership to Client Experience Managers and Coordinators.
• Address patient/family concerns and scheduling issues.
• Uphold HIPAA confidentiality.
• Foster organization and accountability.
• Train/mentor Client Experience staff.
