Qualifications

• Ability to maintain patient flow and handle scheduling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs front desk, receptionist and registration duties to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Assist the office with daily operations and mentor Front Office Assistant I.
• Prepare patients for visits and ensure proper registrations for surgeries when applicable.
• Obtain insurance authorizations/referrals and collect payments.
• Register patients in the system and maintain accurate medical records.
• Inform patients of billing and policy details.
