United Counseling Service (UCS) in Vermont is seeking a Healthcare Front Office Receptionist to join our administrative team. The role involves greeting clients, answering calls, and supporting the intake and scheduling processes across our facilities.

Under the direction of the Health Care Front Office Supervisor, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage the electronic health record, collect co-pays, and assist with daily office operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and strong general office skills.
• Experience in front desk support preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, guests, and staff in a courteous manner.
• Answer and route calls, take messages, and provide excellent customer service.
• Check-in clients using the electronic health record and collect co-pays.
