Responsibilities

• Greets clients, visitors, and employees with courteous service.
• Follows check-in/out workflow for patient and clinician experience.
• Schedules clients for appointments across services; notifies staff.
• Performs medical records duties including retrieval and filing.
• Enters demographics and insurance into EHR; verifies insurance.
• Collects payments and reconciles daily financials.
