Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience of 5 years in healthcare required; associate’s degree may substitute 2 years; bachelor’s may substitute 4 years.
• 21+ with a Valid Driver’s License and proof of automobile liability coverage.
• Experience with SUD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages the daily functions of the front office.
• Acts as point person for the Adult Outpatient Substance Use Department for office administration duties.
• Manages provider schedules to keep schedules full and on target; arranges coverage as needed.
• Monitors daily work queues to ensure productivity and workload balance.
• Coaches, mentors, and trains staff; conducts performance evaluations.
