You will operate the multiline telephone system, greet guests, maintain sign-in logs, manage mail, and keep the lobby tidy while ensuring confidentiality and professional communication with residents, families, and staff.

Qualificações

• Operate multiline telephone and paging system.
• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate party.
• Greet and direct visitors, sign-in, control entry as needed.
