Responsibilities

• Operate multiline telephone and paging system and route calls
• Greet visitors and direct them to proper staff, sign-in process
• Handle mail and express deliveries coordination
• Maintain residents and staff contact lists and extensions
• Protect confidentiality of resident information
• Keep lobby and workstation tidy and hazard-free
• Report hazardous conditions and equipment issues
• Assist in departmental meetings and trainings
• Respond to residents' requests and special requirements
• Perform basic office/clerical duties as needed
